After the order has been processed and confirmed, it goes into the manufacturing and packaging process. Order processing time can take between 3 to 5 business days.
All shipments contain a tracking number because we always value transparency and everyone’s safety.
Shipments will be sent by the carrier CTT through the contracted service of Correio Azul Internacional or rare exceptions Correio Expesso.
Estimated delivery times vary between 2 and 4 working days for buyers in Portugal, between 5 and 10 working days for buyers in Europe, and between 7 and 20 days for the rest of the world (outside Europe).

After the stipulated deadline, you must contact us so that we can offer support regarding your order. We will reimburse you if your package is returned for reasons beyond the recipient’s control or is declared lost by the carrier.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, without wear, with tags, original packaging and gift items. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss of value.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it
Certain types of items cannot be returned, personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us by at Support.
